Cost Estimator at Empact Group

Minimum experience required:

• 5+ years in cost estimation, pricing, or tender management (ideally in cleaning, hygiene, or FM)
• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint & tender software skills
• Deep expertise in costing, commercial analysis, and margin management
• A track record of success in high-value national tenders
• Sharp attention to detail & strong communication skills

Key areas of responsibility:

Costings & Submissions:

• Lead national re-tenders and new tender pricing strategies
• Develop competitive pricing models aligned with business goals
• Ensure accuracy and consistency in costings across regions
• Craft detailed submission breakdowns that impress clients
• Collaborate with sales leadership on winning commercial strategies

Tender Management & Insights:

• Manage all documentation, deadlines, and compliance
• Support contract renewals with sharp financial analysis
• Report on pricing trends, success rates & market positioning
• Polish every submission to meet brand and professional standards
• Improve tools, templates, and processes for continuous growth

Operational Coordination:

• Align with operations to ensure service delivery readiness
• Translate client expectations into actionable job specs
