The Cost and Planning Coordinator supports the Services Manager, to manage the back-office operation of the local technical support activity, which provides support to service dealers and service partners in line with the business strategy.
This includes delivery of business planning and forecasting tasks, reporting & analysis and providing support to service partners to ensure operational and financial KPI’s will be achieved.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and control the payments processing for service partners
Review data in the service portal and take corrective action and/or support service partners with escalations and queries to ensure high level of accuracy of data
Monitor spares, refurbished products and DOA stock for service partners and service dealers to support achievement of financial KPI’s
Coordinate consignment stock held at service partners to ensure stock levels are within agreed KPIs
Support closure of open notifications at all service partners, e.g. by making spares available
Prepare KPI reporting and analysis for service delivery, cost, and customer satisfaction and make sure issues are followed up with service partners
Assist with planning and creation of the business plan and forecasting
Create service reports as required
Compile product launch documentation highlighting spares and stock requirements for service partners
Work with service partners, service dealers and distributors to ensure they have the required spares to meet operational KPI’s. Handle urgent requirements, forecast required spares based on ongoing run rates and ensure that stock rotation is within agreed KPI’s
Contribute to process improvements across all service controlling activities, including the development and improvement of internal procedures and internal controls
Ideally should be a sap specialist
Key Skills and experience:
Fluent in written & spoken local language and English (write technical documents & reports)
Demonstrable experience in IT technologies, with good knowledge of IT systems
Some experience in cost and stock control
Experience in budgeting in a service environment is beneficial
Intermediate experience as an SAP user, ideally with SM, SD and/or MM module
Educated to degree level and/or experience in technical service and support
Ability to communicate verbally and in writing effectively with internal and external customers
Skills in planning, organizing and adapting within a multi-tasking environment
Management skills with the ability to develop and maintain relationships is beneficial
