Costing Clerk - Meadowview at Motus Aftermarket Parts

bMotus Aftermarket Parts Head Office in Meadowview is searching for a Costing clerk to assist with general costing, processing Clearing Agent invoices, and maintaining close communication with the Product Managers and Warehouses…The successful candidate will report to the respective manager of the department.

Specific Role Responsibilities    

• Computing costs and calculating rates for shipment of good
• Set up costing reports and send to Cost Accountant for review and approval.
• Process Clearing Agent invoices on the relevant ERP system
• GRV goods received on the relevant ERP system
• Compile a GRV report and submit to relevant departments
• Attend to queries received from Warehouse and Procurement Department
• Other ad hoc responsibilities

Qualifications and Experience    

• Matric / Grade 12
• Degree/diploma advantageous
• Basic understanding of Imports
• Basic accounting processes
• Previous experience a distinct advantage in similar role
• Computer literate, especially strong MS Excel skills and Pivots (a must)
