Duties :
Daily monitoring of patients waiting times. Ensure that patients are on the correct queues for relevant services. Be able to identify patients who need emergency care. Control and maintain order in the waiting areas.
Identify patients who have waited too long in the waiting areas. Provide assistance in terms of giving directions to both patients and visitors within the institution and give information about hospital services.
