Lead our talented team of creatives, including designers, copywriters, and art directors, to conceptualize and produce compelling content that resonates with target audiences.
Stay informed about emerging trends, platform updates, and best practices in social media to inform strategy and creative direction.
Creatively lead the production process, from ideation and content creation to ensuring a consistently high craft across all social media assets.
Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence within the team, providing mentorship, guidance, and feedback to inspire growth and innovation.
Partner with account managers and client stakeholders to understand their business objectives and translate them into effective social media campaigns that drive measurable results.
Monitor and analyzes social media metrics and performance data to creatively optimize work
Represent Accenture Song as a thought leader in social media marketing, participating in industry events, conferences, and speaking engagements to share insights and best practices.
Qualifications:
Creative school qualification / Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
Proven track record of success in developing and executing creative social media campaigns that drive engagement and achieve business objectives for clients.
Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and inspiring a team of creatives to deliver exceptional work.
Deep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices, with a passion for staying ahead of the curve and pushing boundaries.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
Creative thinker with a keen eye for design, storytelling, and visual aesthetics, demonstrated through a strong portfolio of past work.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and insights to inform decision-making and optimise campaign performance.
Proactive and results-driven approach with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
Experience working in a creative agency or digital marketing environment is preferred.
