• The Credit Controller is responsible for the recovery of outstanding debt ensuring completion of day-to-day duties such as timely payments, processing, and reconciling of invoices.                                                                                  

Requirements 

• Matric.
• Equivalent Credit Management qualification would be beneficial.
• High levels of Customer Service.
• Business English: Fluent.
• Must be Computer literate with prior work experience on Microsoft Excel.
• Code 10 motor vehicle license.

Duties and Responsibilities    
Collect Trade Debt  

• Confirm payment of new and existing customer accounts.
• Control allocated accounts and ensure that outstanding monies owed to the company are collected.
• Record, log, and address customer queries.
• Maintain good customer relations.
• Request Credit Limits  
• Request increase/s of credit limit.
