    Support Manager: Distribution

    Job Advert Summary    

    Clover is looking for a Support Manager:

    • Warehouse Development to develop and implement efficient warehouse processes and systems.  
    • Install and Optimize Warehouse Management Systems.

    Requirements    

    • Degree

    Duties and Responsibilities    
    Warehouse Efficiencies      

    • Coordinate and implement WMS KPI's for all WMS facilities
    • Standardize warehouse processes and WMS KPI's across all facilities
    • Set-up Daily, Weekly and Monthly Warehouse KPI Reports
    • Ensure best practices are identified and implemented nationally.
    • Investigate and Implement New technologies to improve KPI's /reduce cost

    Implement WMS system nationally           

    • Coordinate and implement WMS projects
    • Write SOP's and conduct user training
    • Set up location and systems, develop and design warehouse processes and algorithms for WMS
    • Conduct hardware configuration and testing
    • Update training documentation for national WMS bi-annually

    Provide support to the WMS system         

    • Ensure payment of vendors for WMS purchases (e.g. maintenance, overtime, service rendered)
    • Provide first/second line support for WMS systems. (24/7/365)
    • Administer SLA's with WMS vendors and support vendors for hardware. (Startrack, Dispatcher & ITSSA)  
    • Coordinate and control the pool of hardware to support WMS software with vendors and finance.

    Perform System and Process Audits         

    • Audit WMS processes annually to ensure compliance in process.
    • Ensure KPI's is utilized to drive performance /reduce cost

    Distribution Development

    • Identify Areas where Warehouse Processes/Systems can assist the development/improvement of other development areas (link to secondary distribution, primary distribution and other areas of the Business)
    • Accommodate and find suitable solutions to accommodate changes in the business (Customer DC's, New Principals...)
