• Experience conducting penetration testing, leading investigations, and driving remediation plans
• Strong programming skills to build advanced security tooling
• Proven experience partnering with engineering, architecture, and product teams to embed security into solutions
• Advanced certifications are advantageous (OSCP, CISSP, GIAC, etc.)

About The Role

• The Business Analyst role is a critical position within the purpose lending space of the organization, responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements to support the delivery of new products and enhancements. Purpose Statement

• This position is open to applicants in Gauteng and Western Cape
• To provide specialist Employee/Labour relations advice and training to Capitec Bank employees and management on all aspects of Employee Relations related matters.

Experience

Purpose Statement

Experience
