    Business Analyst - Marketing and HR Finance

    ROLE SUMMARY:

    • As part of our continued global growth, we are seeking a Business Analyst – Marketing & HR Finance to join our team in Johannesburg. This role will provide analytical and strategic financial support to our Marketing and HR functions across all Inspired regions, playing a critical part in driving efficiency, transparency, and performance across these global corporate areas.

    • Conduct deep-dive analysis into global Marketing and HR expenditure to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and process efficiencies.

    THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

    • Advanced Excel and data analysis capability; experience with ERP systems (preferably JD Edwards, Oracle) and financial reporting tools (e.g. IBM Planning Analytics) is a distinct advantage.
    • Demonstrable experience supporting corporate functions such as Marketing or HR within an international or multi-site organisation.
