Creditors Clerk and Admin at Perfect Placement Recruitment

Requirements:

• Must mainly be able to handle creditors functions, with experience in wages and a payroll background
• 3-5 years experience in this role
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and administrative skills
• Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Experience working on accounting or payroll software
• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail

Duties and responsibilities:

• Processing supplier invoices and ensuring timely payments
• Performing bank reconciliations
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records
• Assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
• Preparing financial documentation for the bookkeeper or accountant
• Processing weekly wages from time and attendance records onto payroll software
• Assisting with general administrative duties when required
• Handling supplier and account-related queries professionally
