Agricultural company with Head-Office in Piet Retief, Mpumalanga, South Africa with interests in the Forestry, Agricultural Trade, Grain, Mechanisation, Financing, Insurance and Motors & Tyre industries operating mainly in the Mpumalanga and Kwazulu-Natal provinces.

Creditors Clerk - Pietermaritzburg

Responsibilities and Duties
- Capturing Creditor Invoices on Pastel Partner
- Ensure that requisitions and purchase orders have been authorised
- Follow up on all credit notes due and liaise with suppliers for statements and outstanding invoices
- Reconciliation of supplier accounts for month end payments
- Prepare month-end and weekly payment schedules and ensure that all payments are done timeously
- Assist with invoices and schedules requested by Auditors
- Assist with compulsory year-end stock takes
Qualifications and Skills

Matric / Grade 12 with the following subjects:
- English
- Mathematics
- Relevant tertiary qualification (advantageous)
- Experience working on Pastel Partner
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- A valid driver's license with own reliable transport
- Fluent in English
- Excellent time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional organisation skills
- Computer literate
