KEY RESPONSIBILTIES

• Assist in processing and verifying invoices for payment
• Maintain accurate records of all creditor transactions
• Reconcile creditor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Ensure timely payment of invoices and liaise with suppliers regarding payment queries
• Support the finance team in month-end and year-end closing processes
• Assist with maintaining accurate and up-to-date creditor files and documentation
• Perform other administrative duties as required by the finance department

SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Grade 12 or equivalent . Accounting related diploma advantageous.
• Minimum 2 - 4 years relevant creditor’s experience
• Experience in Pastel
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
