Creditors Controller - Kempton Park at FlySafair

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Full function of a creditors controller;
• Receiving, sorting, distributing and filing of invoices;
• Local & Foreign Supplier recons;
• Working closely with Logistics department and suppliers;
• Paying of suppliers as per agreement terms;
• Any other functions that you’ll be required to do from time to time e.g. Cash office;
• Supervision of creditors clerks;
• Assisting with difficult supplier reconciliations;
• Clearing of old queries;
• Maintaining creditors ageing days;
• Ad-hoc financial duties.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Valid Matric/Grade 12 certificate;
• Must have working knowledge of Sage Line 500 or similar system;
• At least 10 years of Creditor role experience;
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook);
• Good communication skills (both verbal & written).
