F & I Business Manager Western Cape: Paarl at Astor Automotive Recruitment

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all F&I activities across new and pre-owned vehicle sales.
• Present and sell finance, insurance and value-added products to customers.
• Process finance applications and liaise with financial institutions to secure approvals.
• Work with VAPS products to maximise income opportunities and departmental profitability.
• Ensure all finance and insurance documentation is accurate and completed in line with legal and compliance requirements.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, banks, finance providers and insurance partners.
• Ensure customers understand the finance agreements, insurance products and associated terms.
• Monitor departmental performance and contribute towards achieving profitability targets.
• Work closely with the Sales Department to facilitate a smooth and professional vehicle handover process.
• Provide guidance and direction to the F&I Assistant where required.
• Maintain high standards of customer service, ethical selling and administrative accuracy.

Minimum Requirements

• Matric / Grade 12.
• Proven experience as an F&I Business Manager within a motor dealership.
• Relevant F&I qualifications and regulatory accreditations.
• RE5 certification
• NCA accreditation
• Business (COB) training completed
• CPD hours up to date
• All relevant FAIS regulatory requirements and Fit and proper criteria met and maintained
• Strong knowledge of vehicle finance, insurance products, VAPS and dealership compliance procedures.
• Experience handling finance transactions for both new and pre-owned vehicles.
• Strong sales, negotiation and customer service skills.
• Commercial awareness and the ability to maximise departmental profitability.
• Excellent communication, organisational and administrative skills.
• A valid, unendorsed driver's license.
