CRM Executive at Aramex South Africa

Key Responsibilities:

• Calling on Drop Box locations
• Increasing Drop Box shipment volumes
• Growing of Customer spend with Aramex
• Problem solving
• Assisting Credit Control in the collection of monies
• Implementing ordering process
• Ensuring stock levels are maintained
• Marketing Drop Box
• Assisting with Drop Box installations
• Contribution to a positive cash flow
• Reporting

Minimum Requirements

•  Minimum requirement is a Matric (Grade 12) qualification
• Bachelor’s Degree or similar qualification and/or experience
• Minimum 1 year experience in servicing a customer base through external client calling
• Marketing experience will be advantageous
• Valid Code 08 drivers license and own reliable transport is a must
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office packages i.e. Excel
• Must be willing to travel
