    CRM Manager

    We are looking for an energetic and skilled CRM Manager to elevate and streamline our processes and strategies. This person will also have a keen eye for product and will be able to communicate to our database the vision and value of new and existing products. You will work closely with our Head of Marketing and team of specialists.

    Responsibilities

    • Working with the HOM to plan and deliver CRM strategies
    • Build on product messaging that sets new products apart from others in the market to give them a unique selling point
    • Customer Journey Mapping, analysing touch points within the organisation and maximising commercial opportunities.
    • Contribute to MasterStart’s GTM strategy based on user insights
    • Monitoring and maximising customer lifetime value strategies ensuring maximum profitability.
    • Ensuring the database is segmented effectively for targeted marketing activities.
    • Developing testing strategies for all aspects of the CRM to ensure the most effective approach for the company and its products.
    • Working closely with both marketing and sales teams to ensuring efficient lead to sale workflows are in place / delivering ROI
    • Working closely with designers, copy writers and our CRM executive to deliver best in class newsletters, SMS, Whatsapp and automated mailers
    • Ownership of databases / routine maintenance for data cleansing / de-dups etc

    Requirements and skills

    • 5+ years experience in CRM marketing roles
    • Analytical mind with experience in data analysis with tools such as Google Data Studio and Microsoft Excel
    • You are an expert in numerous CRM platforms and technologies
    • You possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
    • You are a strong team player and comfortable working in matrix environments
    • Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritise goals as well as motivate team members
