    CTS Sales Engineer

    Main Responsibilities Or Functions Of Job

    • To promote and sell Value adding Compressor Technique Service Products and Services in a defined business area to achieve Service growth and profitability goals.

    Sales Strategy include but not limited to-

    • Solution Based Sales
    • Proactive Sales Philosophy
    • Improve our 1:1 Ratio
    • Upsell Ad Hoc Customers to Service Level Agreements
    • Promote Advanced Services, Upgrades and Products
    • Air System Audits and Process Improvement Services

    Required Skills And Capabilities

    • The ability to work independently
    • Cohesive Team Player that Enhances Team Performance
    • The ability to maintain good Customer relationship
    • Good Administrative and Organizational skills
    • Good Practical Computer Knowledge and Skills
    • Cognizance of Sales Planning and Territory Management

    Required Experience

    • Customer Service Industry
    • Industrial Compressors and Ancillary Equipment
    • Technical Sales Engineer / Industrial Sales Consultant of products and services

    Educational Qualifications

    • Suitable Tertiary Qualification and Sales Training is required.

    Accountability (Main performance evaluation factors for job)

    • To promote and sell Compressor Technique Services and products to Atlas Copco CT Customers, based on agreed sales targets
