The Service department is an important part of Picup's success, supporting our high-valued Picup Legends (our crowdsource delivery drivers), Clients and their customers. It's absolutely vital that the successful candidates are able to champion the following:

You and the role

You’ll need to have previous customer/driver support experience. Experience in a software company will be ideal.

What will your days look like?:

• Assisting our network of Independent contractors with any driver support queries via chat, email and phone.

• Ensuring trips are assigned to drivers within SLA

• Diagnosing technical problems relating to our software and reporting it via the correct channels.

• Offering clear and helpful solutions to drivers to ensure problems are not only resolved but raised to the product or development teams for further investigation when necessary.

• Juggling customer needs from different channels, ensuring all fixes and requests are communicated across the business.

• Reacting positively to an ever-changing workload.

• Analysing driver data to report trends, inefficiencies and suggestions.
