Customer Engagement Analyst at Truworths

Job Summary:

• Truworths, South Africa’s leading clothing retailer is offering an amazing opportunity for a Customer Engagement Analyst in our Risk and Analytics team.

Key responsibilities

This role will primarily be responsible for the development, execution and analysis of Customer engagement campaigns across the customer lifecycle.  

Typical day-to-day duties would include:

• Meeting with the Marketing team to agree to campaigns
• Design and sign-off of the campaigns
• Execution and monitoring success of the campaigns

Desired qualifications and experience

• Minimum requirement of a numerate type tertiary degree in either BBusSci/BSc/ BCom Investments with statistics and a strong academic record
• 2-3 years’ experience in retail, telecommunications or financial services industry would be advantageous
• Some experience in using a Campaign Management product such as UNICA or IBM Campaign or similar is an advantage
• Experience with SAS or other analytical software is essential
• Familiar with various sources of data essential
• Contact Centre experience advantageous
