Customer Insights Analyst at Mama Money

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING 

You will form part of our growing data analytics team and work with departments across the business. You will use mathematical modeling to continually analyse the customer base, identifying trends and actionable insights to ensure that we are always creating value for our customers. You will have access to a variety of data from a range of sources, including transactional data related to banking and remittance, marketing campaign data, our inbound and outbound call centre, data from our internal and customer-facing apps and quantitative and qualitative market research. In order to be successful in this role, you will need to design research related to the understanding, segmenting, targeting and development of the customer base, maintaining customer segmentation, acquisition, retention and lifetime value modelling to balance business profitability and customer value. Ultimately, you will be responsible for the day to day data interrogation, analysis and manipulation to deliver commercial insight into customer behaviour.

WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU SHOULD HAVE 

• 3 - 5 years’ experience within a similar role, ideally within financial services, telecoms or FMCG industries 
• Technical skills: R / Python / SQL 
• Dashboarding tools: Ideally Tableau or PowerBI 
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
