Customer Insights Integrations Specialist at Salt South Africa

Job Description

• To succeed in this role, you would need to be skilled in integrating insights from various sources to ensure customer perspectives are deeply embedded in decision-making.

Key Requirements:

• A Degree or Diploma in Commerce, Marketing, Science, or Business Science (or any related field).
• 2-5 years of experience in customer strategy and insights generation.
• Experience in customer strategy design and implementation, with up to 5 years of experience working with insights.
• Retail experience, especially in Foods/FMCG, is a plus.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively engage across multiple business units.
• Proficiency in translating complex customer data into coherent, actionable business strategies.
