What you will be doing:

Act as the frontline position in the South Africa for CIMA and US for AICPA focused on the needs of members, students, candidates, and prospects. Handle inquiries via inbound/outbound phone calls, email, chat, and social media channels, which contribute to strong customer satisfaction survey results and Net Promoter Scores (NPS) scores.

What we are looking for:

• Close to 4 years of working experience with 2 years of customer service or sales experience

• 10/10 English communication skills – verbal & writing

• Someone with great listening and cascading skills as you will be face of The Association

• Able to handle multiple platforms – calls, emails, and chat

• Deliver a good first impression and memorable service experience for customers
