    Customer Solutions Centre Sales Agent - Intern

    Description

    • To meet and exceed the minimum key performance areas and set monthly sales targets, delivering on call quality and conversion standards.
    • To contribute to Bayport Financial Services growth and profitability by offering Money Solutions products and services to Corporate Employees in line with Bayport’s Corporate strategy.

    Requirements
    EDUCATION

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

    • National Diploma: Contact Centre Management (NQF Level 5) or,
    • Relevant NQF Level 5 or higher related qualification

    EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

    • Proven track record of exceptional performance
    • Previous experience in loan sales an advantage
    • Previous experience in financial wellness role an advantage

    INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE

    • Professional communication skills
    • Energetic and enthusiastic
    • Ability to multi-task by ensuring proficient verbal and typing skills
    • Interpreting and communicating information
    • Attention to detail
    • Ability to work under pressure and cope with setbacks
    • Team player
    • Honesty and integrity
