Customer Solutions Specialist at Kuehne + Nagel

YOUR ROLE
Your role is to drive the execution of cross functional integration projects for both the on-boarding and customer retention strategies.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• End-to-End Project Implementation Management for re-implementations in line with GCIM
• Support and co-ordinate with other regions on implementations LIM/SIM/RIM
• Post-Implementation review / Solution 'fit for purpose' review with Customers
• New Customers with a high Solution Sell Component to be implemented
• according to the Global Customer Implementation Methodology (GCIM).
• Existing Customers with System Integration Requirements to be integrated in
• line with GCIM.
• For internal information sharing create a Wiki page per implementation and
• consider KN Box for documentation sharing with the customer.
• Foster direct communication with MEA CST SSC for sales and other relevant
• stakeholders, but monitor and provide support where required.
• Work with NKAM on solution proposition for all local Key Accounts and target

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES

• Minimum Bachelors Degree and Project Management Experience
• Preferred if you have international experience, as well as experience in Freight Forwarding, Customs and Logistics
• You have experience in Change management or implementation with focus on systems solutions and innovation                
• You have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to prioritize in a fast pace environment    
• You have knowledge of systems, processes and organizational set up and good understanding of IT combined with experience in logistics and supply chain                  You have good communication and analytic skills
• You have driver's license and are willing to travel
• You speak fluent English
