What You’ll Do 

• Leading and coaching a high-performing Customs team
• Driving first-time-right customer solutions and service excellence
• Managing customs clearances, audits, valuations, temporary imports/exports, and refunds
• Building strong relationships with Customs officials, carriers, and customers
• Monitoring performance, service levels, and operational KPIs
• Ensuring ISO compliance and continuous process improvement
• Keeping systems, reporting, and communication running smoothly
• Identifying training opportunities and developing your team

What We’re Looking For

• Business Management Diploma, Degree, or equivalent qualification
• 2+ years' experience in a leadership role within the express, courier, or logistics industry
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Valid driver’s licence code 10
