    Data Analyst

    About

    • An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Data Analyst within the credit sector. If you have good business acumen, are quality and detail orientated, with strong planning and organising abilities, excellent at information gathering and data analysis and able to present and communicate information, then look no further.

    Responsibilities:

    • Business Process Monitoring 
    • Data analysis and feedback
    • Design and implementation of BI tools and reports
    • Using data to monitor and improve business processes.
    • Using MS SQL queries to access data on source systems
    • Data analysis and presentation.
    • Business intelligence and decision support concepts.
    • Report design.
    • Managing projects and tasks, as well as executing tasks within specified timelines.
    • Strong (70%) BI data focus (business) and 30% BI Tools (technical)

    Requirements:

    • Degree in Finance, Maths, Stats or related discipline
    • Minimum Experience: 4 years’ experience in data analytics or related role. 
    • Previous experience as an analyst working within a business environment 
    • Using data to monitor and improve business processes.
    • Experience using MS SQL queries to access data on source systems
    • Data analysis and presentation.
    • Business intelligence and decision support concepts.
    • Able to managing projects and tasks, as well as executing tasks within specified timelines.
    • Credit industry experience – highly advantageous 
    • Business intelligence tools, preferably on a Microsoft platform.
    • Advanced Excel skills and VBA macro coding
