Management Information (MI) and Reporting: Engage with internal business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure objectives, priorities and key requirements are agreed and understood. Interpret data and identify issues, risks and opportunities and relate results and insights to Business users. | Governance and Control: Ensure compliance to policies, legislation and regulations

The ideal candidate enjoys working with data, is comfortable performing complex analysis and translating data into actionable insights that inform strategy and design. You are a whiz at creating engaging visualizations and dashboards that tell a concise story. You are a collaborative team player looking to advance our analytics capabilities and develop new products, tools, and services.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Collect, synthesize and analyze large, complex datasets and identify meaningful patterns that lead to actionable recommendations

• Format and transfer data to render it appropriate for analysis

• Perform thorough testing and validation of models, and support various aspects of the business with data analytics

• Perform statistical modeling, build predictive models and leverage machine learning algorithms

• Develop clear, compelling analysis and data visualization, including figures, reports and presentations

• Develop decision-support tools and products, including dashboards and interactive visualizations

• Create reports and presentations and build customized dashboards for internal use and client deliverables

• Create new tools and frameworks to collect data, and seek opportunities to improve data analysis and visualization

• Other duties as required

ABOUT YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Qualified candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics or related.

• Professional work experience in Data Science, Business Analytics, or Data Analysis

• Quantitative strengths in the creation of detailed analytical models using various analytics tools is a must

• Proficiency in PowerPoint and wizardry in visualization of data using Tableau or similar tools is a must

• Experience using Salesforce, R, SQL and Python required

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required

• Candidate must have the ability to work independently and to manage multiple tasks in a time-sensitive environment

Education

Bachelor`s Degrees and Advanced Diplomas: Business, Commerce and Management Studies (Required)
