Data Analyst - OUTvest at OUTsurance

Job Description

The main responsibility of the successful candidate will be to work alongside the Operational Team to    drive data driven decision making and excellence in execution of strategies. Additionally, providing both analytical and technical support to stakeholders within the OUTvest team.

Other responsibilities include:

• Build and maintain management reports/dashboards (SQL, Visual Studio and PowerBI,
• Build and maintain internal data-driven automations (SQL/internally developed apps
• Work closely with a rapidly growing distribution team

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• Undergraduate or postgraduate degree in either Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Engineering, Informatics or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year experience in a data or actuarial analyst role
• Hands-on experience with SQL programming
• Hands-on experience with Visual Studio and Power BI
