Data and Insights Analyst at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC)

Describe the role in more detail.

This role will support the whole Data & Insights team by completing a variety of activities across the team. Typical activities are listed here:

• Participation in daily standups to flag issues, blockers and plan work
• Completing a variety of activities across reporting, systems access, data steward, operational and continuous improvement and insights projects, using workflow management tools and ServiceNow
• Maintaining the team’s service catalogue and process reviews
• Maintaining and supporting the suite of existing PowerBI solutions
• Monitoring tools such as Alteryx Server, reporting bot that supports our processes etc and remediating failures
• Reviewing and managing updates to process documentation
• Monitoring the team’s workload/capacity tracker, and other operational activities
• Supporting the team/perform quality checks to ensure projects are ready for sign-off process
• Reviewing weekly Workday news and assigning tasks to team for review
• Maintain/update team operational documentation
• Applying an agile mindset, demonstrating flexibility to quickly shift priorities of focus to support the extended Data & Insights team
• Supporting project activities

The ideal candidate will have:

• Good prioritisation skills
• Organisational/project coordination skills
• Workday, or similar, knowledge (reporting, security and processes)
• Interest in data management and quality
• Data manipulation
• Passion for change and innovation
• Passionate about technology and taking personal responsibility to stay on top of new developments
• Alteryx and PowerBI Foundation/Intermediate level

Preferred

• Understanding of people systems
• Knowledge of GDPR and Compliance regulations
