Job Description

• We are looking for an intelligent and creative individual to join the IDM team. IDM is growing quickly and needs a Data & Optimization Analyst to support and enhance JustMoney and IDM’s digital platforms.

Minimum requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience within the financial services or digital platform industries.
• A university degree; preferably in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer science, Engineering or Informatics.
• Knowledge and experience with MS office suites, MSSQL, Azure, and Postgres SQL is advantageous.
• Knowledge of BI tools such as Power BI, YellowFin, and SSRS will be advantageous.
• Data-driven decision making 
• Experience in Financial Services or Retail industry or high-growth businesses
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to juggle many tasks without losing sight of the highest priority items and able to stay focused under pressure
• Passionate about knowledge sharing

Key responsibilities:

• Help drive efforts for continuous data accuracy and quality improvement
• Maintain and develop automated reports and dashboards
• Interact with external parties to manage the onboarding of new data vendors, integrations and analytics tools
• Develop and automate key business metrics and KPIs for the various business units
• Prioritise new ad-hoc report and data analytics requests and deliver accordingly
• Present insights back to business stakeholders
• Build data visualizations to improve access and visibility into the content from all key reports and our data in general
• Be the translator between Business, Product, and the Data teams on data needs
• Continuously upskill and stay abreast of new developments in Data Analysis & BI tools, methodologies, and applications
