Job description:

• The primary objective of this role is to strengthen the capability within the Technical Engineering Practice by bridging the gap between business requirements, system design, and technical implementation.
• The Technical Solutions Analyst will provide analytical and design support across systems and infrastructure, ensuring that proposed solutions are well-aligned, scalable, and consistent with PSG Group IT standards

Key Responsibilities

• Design feasible and compliant technical solutions based on functional and technical requirements.
• Bridge the gap between business requirements, system design, and technical implementation
• Document solution designs, integration points, and dependencies to support effective implementation and ongoing operations.
• Ensure solution designs align with Group IT architecture, security, and governance standards
• Integrate applications and data to create cohesive and consistent user experiences
• Integrate systems and infrastructure for performance, high availability, security and cost effectiveness
• Work with software and data developers as well as system vendors to implement solutions
• Ensure that systems and processes meet regulatory requirements
• Propose IT solutions to company challenges
• Assess technologies and platform

Minimum Requirements:

• BCom / BSc degree or equivalent qualification
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an IT professional
• Experience in software and data design
• Experience in system design and integration
• Experience in Cloud solutions
• Proven track record of project delivery
