Grade 12 certificate plus Diploma i Office Administration or equivalent. Knowledge in data capturing with be an added advantage. Working knowledge of clerical duties, ability to capture data, operate computer and collecting statistics.
Competencies/Knowledge/Skills: Advanced computer literacy, administration, planning, organizing, coordination, and communication skills (both verbal and written). Ability to work independently and in the team. Prepared to work in stressful conditions.
Duties :
Capture data from available records into the required formats, such as databases, table, spreadsheet, etc,. Submit data on monthly basis. Make regular backup of data. Update registers and statistics.
Keep and maintain records of files. Co-ordinate patients statistics and distribute accurate information to departments. Organize events such as meetings, presentation and workshops.
Provide with comprehensive secretariat services to the above-mentioned events. Ensure bookings of events. Provide with administrative duties required in the Office of the CEO and Deputy Director. Maintain professionalism and confidentiality on a daily running of these offices and events.
