Data Capturer at KwaZulu-Natal Department of Health

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POST: 

• Matric Certificate or Grade 12 (Senior certificate) 
• Computer Certficate (Ms Word, Ms Excel, Ms Power Point and Ms Outlook- Proof must be provided) 

RECOMMENDATION: 

• Data capturing experience (e.g HPV Covid-19, PHC and Hospital Data)

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS: 

• Provide administrative services 
• Ensure that information is safe by performing regular backup 
• Furnish compiled monthly report on HPV data 
• Capture data received from various schools
• Assist on distributing HPV consent forms to all schools participating in HPV campaign.
