The Company

• We are a fast-growing non-profit social enterprise with offices in the Netherlands, Portugal, India, Kenya, and Ethiopia. Triggerise builds digital platforms that motivate users - primarily young women and adolescent girls - to make positive choices. We work together with local communities and use nudges like reminders, discounts and reward points to encourage our users to access and use health products and services. We also support our users in becoming entrepreneurs and adding value to their economies.
• Our main tech hub is situated in Porto, with a team of 20 composed of back end and BI developers, product owners, data analysts, and support officers. We have a centrally located office with fantastic river views, plus, we are very flexible when it comes to working from home! Our people are young and the culture is global and dynamic. Our work environment is informal, friendly and fast-paced. 

The Job

You work with our team to ensure that we’re able to unpick and understand past, and future data.  You support the overall availability of data to the organisation.

• You translate our business needs into technical solutions.
• Ensure that data is readily available from multiple sources.
• You develop and maintain tools to analyze our data and identify trends. You turn these into clear report that
• help local and global teams take decisions on risk, changes and programs.
• Continue to work in an Agile way, as per our teams.

About you

You are a lover of all things Data, and understand how to gather, analyze and interpret the information.  You are used to agile practices and rituals and will join in with the team's way of working. 

• You are a logical thinker that can translate real-world issues into technical solutions
•  You are the expert of our data tools
• You have experience in a similar position

The rewards

• At Triggerise we believe in being open, also when it comes to salaries. The salary bracket for this position, excluding benefits, is R50 000 - R75 000 per month in South Africa, KSH 230 000 - KSH 350 000 per month in Kenya and €2 200 - €3 400 in Portugal. We will offer you a salary in this bracket depending on your level of experience and how it relates to your future colleagues.
