United Exports Packhouse in Paarl, is currently recruiting a Data Entry Clerks, inputting information into our NetSuite ERP System. This is a seasonal role.
Key Performance Outputs
Input new information into NetSuite ERP system.
Create and manage spreadsheets.
Control the data probity by performing comparative analysis of different sources, ensure that the data that is being added into the system is in the correct format.
Regularly update existing database system records
Produce reports.
Retrieve data as requested, and ensure that it is in a suitable format to process and present.
Perform regular backup and security database activities.
Document, organize and store relevant documents.
Ensure efficient capturing of export packed pallets.
Generate all needed export documentation.
Work closely with the Coldstore intake person to ensure that all stock is continuously monitored and that reports are kept up to date.
