Your Duties Will Include

Account and Contact research:

• For target accounts, identify relevant profiles in key departments and seed databases
• Periodically review contacts that are not tracked in the system but might be relevant

Contact Maintenance And Cleaning

• Analyse, identify stale data and ensure CRM is kept clean
• Deal with inbound ad-hoc requests from the sales team to update CRM contact data
• Manage data within Salesforce, ensuring accuracy and allocation of records to the correct individuals.

Required

• Perform the duties associated with a data processing role in the management of procedures and documentation for processing and storing sensitive data (required by Data Privacy laws) related to
• Kurtosys Personnel data.

Kurtosys Sales and Prospecting data.

• Customer data in relation to Personally Identifiable Data (PII) in user accounts and reporting.
• Assisting with the Optimize business processes across the organization that involve customer data and help manage the lifecycle of customer data, with focus on the Sales and Customer Success organization.
• Co-manage customer data projects that support improved data quality that can be leveraged across the organization to gain competitive advantage, operational efficiency, or revenue enhancement.
• Involvement in sales improvements and requests. Including but not limited to data clean-up, quality checks, sales reporting, lead allocations, and bulk uploads.

Required Skills

• Salesforce administration experience.

• Self-motivated and highly driven to continuously learn, adapt, and improve.

• Excellent proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office products.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with FinancialForce or an alternate professional service tool desirable but not required.
