Data Sales Analyst at Sea Harvest Corporation (Pty) Ltd

JOB PURPOSE:

• To provide an efficient data and administrative support to the Customer Manager and Retail team to optimise profitability. Receives and coordinates all local retail orders nationally.  Ensure accurate pricing 

JOB DIMENSION:

• Collecting data to generate reports and reviews for the retail team.
• Managing Vector pricing accuracy.
• Maintain and manage monthly reports timeously and accurately
• Receive orders, source stock and process orders

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

Data Collecting & Processing:

• Consolidated stock on hand.
• Generate monthly Review and reports Collect data from Shoprite.
• Timeous completion of departmental reports.

Pricing:

• Accurate pricing -Vector
• Maintain pricing worksheets

Administration:

• Retailer communication
• Vector Communication
• Retailer communication

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Business degree
• Major in data or additional data qualification.
• Advantage if experience in demand planning with a FMCG retailer or manufacturer or sales & merchandising company
• Strong conflict management skills
• Computer literacy – MS Office(with a high proficiency in MS Excel)
• Strong numeracy skills
