Data Steward at Ann Swann Personnel Services

Responsibilities:

• Shadow and learn from experienced IT team members
• Assist in developing and maintaining BI solutions
• Help create reports and dashboards using various tools
• Contribute to data analysis and interpretation
• Participate in team projects and collaborate with colleagues
• Take initiative in learning new technologies and methodologies

Requirements:

• No prior experience is required, but any relevant experience would be beneficial
• Strong interest in data analysis and Business Intelligence
• Familiarity with Microsoft products is a plus
• Eagerness to learn SQL, Reporting Server, Integration Server, Power BI, Python, C# and Azure
• Results-driven mindset with the ability to take initiative
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Open to continuous learning and professional development
