DC Debrief Clerk - Transport DC Midrand at Dis-Chem Pharmacies

Job Description

• Dis-Chem Pharmacies’ in Midrand has an opportunity available for a DC Debrief Clerk to join their team. The main responsibilities will be to provide support to the Inbound drivers once they have completed deliveries.

Minimum Requirements:
Essential:

• Grade 12 – Matric or a Senior Certificate
• Minimum of 1 Year relevant experience in Receiving, Debriefing,Courier Knowledge

Job Specification…

Debriefing:

• Debrief drivers once they have returned to the warehouse following route drops.
• Ensure that all returns / collections are passed to the Returns for checking and processing.
• Ensure that all reconciled POD’s collection of document and re-deliveries are noted on the trip sheet.
• To ensure accurate count of all pallets, Rolltainers, Tote, and Bales after deliveries.
• Ensure drivers are debriefed, paperwork is filled and queries resolved.

Administration:

• Report on short and or extra stock to Debrief Team Leader.
• Ensure all drivers adhere to the delivery procedures at all times.
• Ensure that all POD’s and other distribution documents are collected and filed.

Storage Controls:

• Ensure the returns areas are in an acceptable an orderly condition.

General:

• Adhere to Dis-Chem Policies and Standard Operating Procedures.
• Adhere to Health and Safety rules and regulations
