Dealer Sales Executive at WeBuyCars

Role Description

• The purpose of this role is to drive dealer sales and satisfaction by proactively engaging prospective and existing dealers, maintaining expert knowledge of available stock to guide purchasing decisions, and managing the full transaction lifecycle from vehicle evaluation through to invoicing and sale.
• The role is responsible for ensuring smooth, compliant processing of deals, including leads, gate passes, and cancellations, while safeguarding company cash flow through diligent follow-up on debtors and payments in line with business rules. 
• Ultimately, this role serves as the key point of contact for dealers, balancing sales growth with operational accuracy and after-sales support to build long-term dealer relationships and trust.

Role Requirements

Qualification:

• Minimum Grade 12/matric

Advantages:

• Advantageous National Diploma (NQF 6) in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or similar.

Work Experience:

• 2 – 3 experiences in commercial or operational environments within the logistics, or automotive-related sectors. 
• Experience in customer service will be advantageous.
• Experience working under pressure in target-driven, commission-based operations.

Proficiency:

• Microsoft Office.
• Multilingual.

Additional:

• Valid motor vehicle license and reside in the area of advertised vacancy.
• Automotive knowledge is essential.
