Position Overview

• The purpose of the role is to prepare, review and submit warranty claims to the manufacturer in line with standard operating procedures and OEM requirements.

Specific Role Responsibilities

• The purpose of the role is to prepare, review and submit warranty claims to the manufacturer in line with standard operating procedures and OEM requirements.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience Required:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in warranties and costing.
• Bookings Clerk or Service Reception experience in a retail motor dealership environment would be of advantage.
• CDK drive experience essential.
• Renault, Kia & Hyundai brand experience preferable.
• A minimum of Senior Certificate (Grade 12)
• Computer literate: competent using job-relevant functions required in MS Word and Excel.
