Key Responsibilities:

• Assist consumers experiencing financial difficulties.
• Explain the debt management process and its benefits.
• Assess clients’ financial situations and determine eligibility for debt management.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Follow up on leads and achieve sales targets.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant debt management regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in debt management, sales, telesales, call centre, or financial services will be advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Computer literacy and administrative skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.E
