• This role involves leading multi-disciplinary software development teams to deliver high-quality, end-to-end technology solutions using modern architectures like microservices and cloud platforms.

Our Ideal Candidate

• 3–5 years of experience in software development management, including leading multi-disciplinary technical teams (software engineers, business analysts, and test analysts) with a focus on collaboration, quality, and timely delivery.
• Proven track record in delivering end-to-end technology solutions using Event-Driven Architecture, Microservices, SQL, and Cloud-based platforms.
• Strong understanding of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC), with hands-on experience in progressive software and database development roles. 
• Solid general business acumen, with exposure to the retail credit and banking industries, as well as budgeting and accounting principles. 
• Skilled in stakeholder relationship management, ensuring alignment between technical delivery and business outcomes. 
• Experience delivering in fast-paced environments, applying project management principles and methodologies to drive execution. 
• Involved in business analysis, design, and the implementation and maintenance of financial and contact centre systems and procedures. 
• Committed to continuous improvement, value prioritisation, and ensuring stakeholder engagement throughout the software delivery lifecycle. 
• Experience working in environments that require validation of work and adherence to high-quality standards.
