    Delivery Specialist

    Delivery Specialist

    • Responsibility for customer conversion projects from planning to delivering
    • Planning - identifying customer needs and resources needed to make it a successful transition
    • Collaborate with customer, account team to meet project deliverables
    • Collaborate with internal and external project team members to ensure full understanding and successful execution of each task
    • Delivery
    • Install and configure Sabre standard products
    • Design customized training
    • Execute in depth introductions and trainings to customers ambassadors
    • Conduct onsite and/or virtual training for customers agents
    • Support change management processes to help the adaption to a new system environment
    • Customer onsite assistance with floorwalking in a day to day operations

    Requirements-
    Solid hands-on GDS experience;

    • Proven experience in travel industry, including E2E workflow & common operations knowledge
    • Good experience in customer implementations; project management experience is a plus
    • Ability to connect with a variety of audiences at all levels within and outside Sabre
    • Strong verbal communication and listening skills internal and external
    • Creative individual with strong analytical and solution oriented skills
    • Proficiency in creating and delivering formal training programs and presentations
    • Functional and technical experience on customer facing functions primarily focused on technical troubleshooting and/or system support and/or analysis
