Responsibilities:

Project-based:

• Owning portions of deliverables and being responsible for content and quality

• Engaging with client stakeholders and being comfortable presenting to C-Suite

• Managing and leading project streams

• Navigating the global network to source information for deliverables

• Developing content for deliverables and reviewing content from other team members

• Managing junior members of project teams

• Managing quick turn-around times while also managing expectations with client and project leadership

Firm-based:

• Contributing to and leading proposals, and engaging in discussions with prospective clients in pursuit of winning projects

• Engaging across the firm with other business units both locally and internationally

• Developing thought pieces and research material

• Providing training to various divisions based on the subject matter you have executed on

• Getting involved with various firm initiatives to further the market image of the firm, as well as to contribute to learning development and the social culture

Qualifications

We are looking for individuals from a broad range of backgrounds. A Bachelor’s degree is required, and post graduate degree is beneficial

Years of experience: at least 2 years of work experience – experience in management consulting is beneficial
