Job Description

• A leading food manufacturing company is looking for an experienced Demand Fulfilment professional with strong organisational and operational skills.
• The role involves managing the end-to-end order fulfilment process, ensuring timely delivery of products, maintaining optimal inventory levels, and coordinating effectively across departments to resolve operational challenges while supporting high standards of customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full order fulfilment process including order entry, administration, and distribution.
• Receive, process, and complete orders through to invoicing while maintaining customer service standards.
• Verify and resolve all debtor claims and ensure compliance with budgeted controls.
• Plan, schedule, and track warehouse deliveries, ensuring stock levels are maintained and damaged or expired stock is managed.
• Plan shipments based on product availability and customer requirements, preparing all necessary documentation.
• Ensure on-time delivery and achievement of customer service targets while optimizing distribution costs.
• Support sales and marketing teams to meet sales and profit objectives.
• Oversee third-party logistics provider performance.
• Plan, schedule, and track export shipments, completing all required export documentation.

Requirements:

• Minimum Grade 12 pass.
• At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Strong computer literacy and proficiency in relevant software.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and customers.
