Demand Planner - Centurion
- Job Type Full Time
- Qualification Bachelors , National Certificate
- Experience 2 - 3 years
- Location Gauteng
- City Centurion
- Job Field Procurement / Store-keeping / Supply Chain
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor of Commerce/Economics degree or related Supply Chain National Diploma (eg. SAPICS CPIM) or BEng (Industrial Engineer)
- 2-3 years Supply and or Demand planning experience including depot/stock replenishment and forecasting
- Previous experience on SAP and SAP BW would be an advantage.
- Statistical modelling
- Demand forecasting and Supply Chain tools and principles
- Multiple key performance indicators, inter-relationship, and bottom-line sensitivity.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning
- Sales Analysis
- Base Demand Planning and Forecasting.
- Events/Promotions Forecasting
- Consolidated Demand Forecast and Continuous Improvement
- Innovation Management
- Portfolio Management Sales and Operations Planning
- Master Data and Hierarchy Maintenance
- Project Coordination
- Administration
- Reporting
- Team Coordination
- Make all operational, scheduling and planning decisions that fall within the ambit of responsibility.
- Solve simple and complex coordination and customer service problems quickly and within the ambit of responsibility
- Proactively identify and implement innovations, particularly those that will reduce costs, improve alignment as well as demand and supply increased profitability.
