Overview

• Mint Dental is seeking a reliable and professional Dental Assistant to support clinical procedures, maintain high standards of infection control, and assist with administrative duties when required. Key Responsibilities

• Chairside assistance during dental procedures
• Cleaning, sterilisation, and organisation of instruments and clinical areas
• Stock control and ordering of dental materials and consumables
• Assisting with patient estimates, referrals, and treatment coordination
• Supporting appointment scheduling and administrative tasks
• Providing front desk support when required

Minimum Requirements

• Registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) as a Dental Assistant
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational ability and attention to detail

Experience

• Previous dental assisting experience preferred but not essential
