What will make you successful in this role?

The following outcomes will be expected to be achieved by the Design Co-ordinator: 

• Develop and execute marketing campaign concepts across media including: 
• designing and modifying collateral, examples can include but not limited to:
• event collateral / suites (invites, reminders, banners, welcome slides, etc)
• brochures
• Infographics
• magazine print ads
• graphic images
• print production collateral 
• promotional designs, 
• Power Point Presentations 
• Brainstorm and mock up new, fresh design ideas for marketing collateral with through-the-line conceptualisation
• Draw and print charts, graphs, illustrations, and other artwork, using computer software to execute designs
• Interpret stakeholder’s requirements and balance Corporate Identity (CI) and brand positioning for delivery of world-class presentation material
• Seeing all projects through from concept, design to liaising with production / brand team 
• Working collaboratively with the marketi.ng department on all creative projects in line with brand identity standards and brand guidelines
• Creating web banners
• Develop constructive and cooperative working relationships within the marketing team and strategic partners to the team

Qualifications and experience:

• Tertiary qualification in graphic design
• Minimum design experience 2-3 years
• Skilled in the Adobe Creative Suite design programmes
• Skilled in the Office suite 
• Competent in the understanding of typography, photography and graphic design

Qualification and Experience;

• Degree or Diploma with at least 3 years related experience.
