Description
This position is mainly responsible for the resolution of any end-user support-related issues including but not limited to desktop support, mobile device support, audiovisual support. This position is also responsible for providing technical coordination, advice and recommendations for all projects, services and process improvement initiatives in line with end-user functions. They will be a catalyst to drive innovation and champion user productivity solutions including online learning and unified communications with security and compliance in mind. This function implements new technology and the standardization of all systems (hardware, software and processes) in the Desktop support area.
